That summer sun certainly throws out some extra heat in our homes - Here’s a few quick tips to avoid your plant from feeling stressed.

WATER DEEPLY

Proper watering is key to a healthy plant. Heat will cause water to evaporate from the soil much quicker in the summer, so keep a frequent check on soil moisture. When the soil feels dry 1-2” down is a good indication its time to give your plant a good drink.

PROMOTE HUMIDITY

Tropical and indoor plants love humidity, try giving your plants a frequent mist with water or sitting your plant on top of a shallow dish filled with pebbles and water.

KEEP YOUR PLANT COOL
